Our pigs are forage-fed and pasture-raised on our farm in Crossville, Tennessee. We never inject them with any antibiotics, hormones, or vaccines. What you see is what you get. The cuts include bratwurst, spare ribs, Boston butt, bacon, breakfast sausage, ground pork, and pork chops. They're perfect for that family BBQ or if you're looking for a healthy dinner option.
